PAGE NINETEEN

PANEL ONE: REGINA asks RICHIE to dance, pulling him towards the dance floor. DEWAYNE scoffs.

REGINA:
C’mon, let’s dance.

DEWAYNE:
Ha! You crazy? White boy here can’t dance.

PANEL TWO: RICHIE looks angry at DEWAYNE. DEWAYNE gestures at Richie’s hillbilly outfit.

RICHIE:
How do you know if I can dance or not?

DEWAYNE:
Well I mean, lookit you.

PANEL THREE: RICHIE starts unbuttoning his shirt à la Superman. Looking right at DeWayne.

RICHIE:
You know, DeWayne… you should really be careful.

PANEL FOUR:
RICHIE removes his shirt, he’s just wearing a tight white undershirt now.

RICHIE:
Some stereotypes…

PANEL FIVE: RICHIE tosses his shirt in DEWAYNE’s face.

RICHIE:
...are just wrong.
