PAGE NINE

PANEL ONE: Eagle-eyed EDDIE points to the shoulder-holster inside CASPER’s coat.

EDDIE:
You are literally carrying a gun.

PANEL TWO: A continuation of PANEL ONE but with KELLY on the other side of CASPER, flanking him.

KELLY:
This is Canada, pal. Guy with a gun is serious business.

PANEL THREE: The interrogation of CASPER continues.

EDDIE:
Yeah. So, are you CSIS? Department H? Bloc Québecquois?

PANEL FOUR: CASPER turns and glares at RICHIE. RICHIE holds up his hands to protest his innocence.

RICHIE:
I haven’t said a single word!

CASPER:
Get in the car.

PANEL FIVE: CASPER pauses just before he gets into the driver’s seat, and grins a thin little tight-lipped grin to EDDIE and KELLY.

CASPER:
Mr. Walters. Ms. Fiddler.

PANEL SIX: As the car drives off, EDDIE and KELLY stand there. EDDIE looks intimidated. KELLY looks suspicious.

EDDIE:
That was creepy.

KELLY:
Jerk.
