PANEL ONE: DYLAN’s car parked in front of a medium-sized mom & pop grocery store, quaint and local-looking. (Picture is just a suggestion, use your creativity)

NARR:
First things first; I stop off at the grocery store to pick up some stuff for supper. In Coven Cove, we don’t need to tell folks to “shop local”--everything here is!

PANEL TWO: DYLAN and his best friend BEN (taller and bigger than DYLAN) carry boxes of groceries out of the store.

NARR:
My best friend Ben works there; he and I chat while loading my car.

PANEL THREE: BEN puts a box in DYLAN’s hatchback.

BEN:
Didja see the moon last night? Had a ring around it.

DYLAN:
Yup. Rain’s coming.

BEN:
Tomorrow for sure. You still comin’ over?

PANEL FOUR: DYLAN smiles at BEN.

DYLAN:
Yup. We’ll do our circle inside, I’m thinkin’.

PANEL FIVE: BEN smiles affectionately at DYLAN. He has feelings for DYLAN but DYLAN is oblivious.

BEN:
Good thought.
