PANEL ONE: In the car, AGENT CASPER talks with RICHIE.

CASPER:
We’ve become aware of the situation at your school. Nothing we can do about it, just keep your head down and your mouth shut.

PANEL TWO: RICHIE wants to know why. CASPER remains neutral, unreadable.

RICHIE:
Why all the secrecy? People know what I am. The whole class saw me break out.

CASPER:
You don’t want to draw attention to yourself.

PANEL THREE: RICHIE turns to CASPER, showing that he has questions.

RICHIE:
Then why do you have The White Knights? They’re all about attention and public face!

CASPER:
What’s Paladin’s real name?

PANEL FOUR: RICHIE pauses. He doesn’t know the answer. CASPER’S face doesn’t change.

RICHIE:
I don’t know?

CASPER:
Exactly.

PANEL FIVE: RICHIE folds his arms across his chest, looking grumpy.

RICHIE:
You’re not real big on answers, are you?

CASPER:
Your job is to focus on your training.

PANEL SIX: RICHIE gives CASPER side-eye; it’s our first time seeing suspicion and rebellion in his eyes. CASPER glances at him to gauge his reaction.

RICHIE:
And not to ask questions?

CASPER:
Exactly.
