IN THIS ISSUE: From the furthest reaches of space comes Xanthus, a being composed entirely of an energy that we would call “Joy.” Across the stars it is called to Earth, just in time to save the life of Sean Preston, who, having succumbed to depression, sought to end his life–but instead is introduced to a life where joy is once again possible, and more–having the ability to awaken joy in others! There is an opposing force, of course, in the form of Nubilus–a negative energy seeking to devour the “light” in every human being. Can Sean acclimatize to Xanthus’ energy in time to save people from the shadow?
