Throughout this page I’m imagining Diaperman mentally saying to himself while bound by Black Whip, “I bet Batman doesn’t ever this kind of problem.” ???? As for the “Ooooh,” Diaperman is saying in the 3rd panel, is it because he’s got a direct view of his foes prized ‘assets’ or am I missing something?
