PANEL ONE: Carter looks back to see that BAXTER is covered in snakes, and is down on the ground; his claws flex, squeezing, as spirits surround BRANDON-- but they can’t get at him. Baxter is weaker than Brandon’s voodoo, as he is hopped-up on death magic.

CARTER:
Shit. Baxter’s down but fighting;

PANEL TWO & THREE: CARTER manages to reach through all the shit and actually pluck a hair from BRANDON’s head.

CARTER:
Bliss looks all hopped up on death magic or whatever-- but maybe while he’s distracted--

PANEL FOUR: CARTER winds the hair around the doll.

CARTER:
YES!

PANEL FIVE: BRANDON looks darker than ever as he screams!

BRANDON:
NOOO!
