PANEL ONE: The Klackar scouts lead Adrian through the village toward a larger building toward the center of the village.

NARR:
They led me toward a large building near the center of their village. I was too awestruck to say anything.


PANEL TWO: The LORD COMMANDER is standing in a kind of circle clearing (like a “Village center”) with village buildings in the background. He is wearing more ornate armor than the others, and is holding a ceremonial spear. ADRIAN is brought to stand before him, while the three scouts flank him in a circular pattern.

NARR:
It felt very much like I was on trial-- which I didn’t understand because I hadn’t done anything-- until the main Klackar spoke.

PANEL THREE: KARAK, the LORD COMMANDER of the Klackars, addresses Adrian.

KARAK:
I am Karak. Lord Commander of the Klackar tribe of Sindal. Who are you?

ADRIAN:
My name is Adrian. Adrian Whitingham.

PANEL FOUR: KARAK looks imperiously down at Adrian.

KARAK:
From where do you come?

ADRIAN:
Um...Earth? England? Braselton School for Boys?

PANEL FIVE: KARAK points a huge gorilla finger at the key.

KARAK:
I see. And how came you by that key?

ADRIAN:
I found it.
