Welp, I can’t blame Mark’s logic here. If I saw a floating paddle covered in green-glowing energy in an ancient temple, my first instinct would be to touch it. Specifically poke at it a bit, although I would check if I had a bag of sand approximately equal to said artifact lest I activate the requisite booby-trap or two.
