PAGE THIRTY-TWO

PANEL ONE: DYLAN leans toward DUGGAN, very interested in the conversation.

DYLAN:
My nan mentioned that- the Uprising. Something about their nature being perverted, hey?

PANEL TWO: DUGGAN continues reminiscing.

DUGGAN:
We never did find out the source. Just something in their mood shifted- from pranksters to problems.

DYLAN:
Mm.

PANEL THREE: The mood breaks, and DUGGAN is his smiling self again.

DUGGAN:
Well, thanks for the delivery, and here’s my order for next month.

DYLAN:
Got it, thanks, Mr. Duggan!

PANEL FOUR: DYLAN tucks the cheque into his coat as he exits the shop.

DYLAN:(narr)
I pondered what Mr. Duggan had said. One fae out of bounds was a curiosity; but I hoped it didn’t become something worse.

PANEL FIVE: Dylan gets into his car.

DYLAN: (narr)
Ah well. I’m sure it’ll all be fine.

PANEL SIX: DYLAN drives off in his car in the background while the GREMLIN, with the opened box beside him, sits and eats a cupcake, looking cute.
